Girl Before Mirror was produced in the style Picasso was using at the time and evoked an image of Vanity such as had been utilized in art in earlier eras. However, Picasso shifts the emphasis and creates a very different view of the image. The work is considered in terms of the erotic in Picasso’s art, and critics in different periods have offered their assessments of the work to show a wide range of reactions. The young girl was named Marie Therese Walter and was painted multiple times by Picasso.

Girl before Mirror was created during Picasso’s cubism time frame. Picasso was a daring artist who used a lot of color in his job. Even with backdrops that are often used as a background and are primarily intended to support the main topic. He incorporates it into the artwork to create it as vivid as the picture’s central focal point. Picasso was a part of a community defined as Modernism, which encompassed a variety of creative forms and subjective reactions. Modernism is a word used retrospectively to some cultural and creative styles that emerged at the beginning of the twentieth century.

When you concentrate attentively on the artwork, you can see a variety of symbols in various places in the painting. For example, the lady’s face is depicted in a side view and a full-frontal shot. One side depicts her throughout the day, when she seems more like a woman, glammed up and focusing on making on. The second side, which has a scratchy charcoal feel, depicts her nighttime. When she removes her makeup and becomes more fragile than a young girl.

One interpretation of the picture is that she sees herself as an older lady when the lady looks in the reflection. From the green darkening on her forehead to the discoloration of her facial characteristics to the creases that suggest her beautiful physique has been deformed and pressure has claimed its right place, gravity has taken its proper place. Another interpretation of the artwork is that she is identity, and she perceives all the defects in herself that the rest of the civilized world does not.

Before studying this painting, I was not a particular supporter of the fine arts; however, having gotten acquainted in more detail with the work of Picasso, I was imbued and began to study in more detail his history and the opinions of critics about this painting. For me, the picture shows self-importance and the present. As self-conceit, I see the dayside that looks beautifully confident in herself and her good position. And the real part of the picture appears, which shows real ideas about a person, his appearance, behavior, and life sensations.

I believe that this painting influenced my perception of art from the good side; I began to get more interested in fine art. An interesting part of painting art is that each person sees something different about himself, which makes everyone’s opinion special. I believe that the feeling of culture in my life has increased; I thought about excursions to art museums to hear and see first-class works in the field of paintings. I believe that every person should try art, or at least study it because this liberates a person and gives him food for thought.
