Global traffic flows are subject to a range of risks. The highest percentage of concern is the risks associated with interactions with partners in the supply chain. The problems associated with the uncertainty of demand and the behavior of competitors are often noted, as well as errors in fulfilling orders and shortages on the part of counterparties, partners, and suppliers in the supply chain. Typically, many stakeholders withpoor messaging, oversight and resource allocation are essential factors. For example, in Hong Kong, prefabricated house projects are well known, but they face significant risks. Using the dynamic interdependencies identified during the analysis of social networks, a team of scientists identified the risks of this project, which made it possible to be ready for them. This proactive nature is rarely seen in large projects.
Other essential factors that are considered when assessing risks are natural disasters, political regulation of laws, and social factors. However, the most influential determinant is now the COVID-19 pandemic, which has changed worldwide lives. For many countries, exports from China play a decisive role in the economy, but it is impossible to go against the incidence rates. For example, the World Health Organization officials drew attention to the problem of imports and exports in the global air travel network, which have declined by 90-100% in some countries. It is based on cartographic and globally spatial information that should help countries fight for a common goal.
