The protein purification processes always involve a series of steps that are five in number. The stages are known in the following order: formation of the source, information on the properties of the protein, establishment of an assay, elementary isolation, and, lastly, the closing purification stage. In addition, protein purification is an important process to help in the depiction of the function and relation of the protein under question.
