In the study “Making sense of a new technology in clinical practice: A qualitative study of patient and physician perspectives” by Pals et al., was the sampling approach adequate for the research design that was selected? Explain why.

The sampling approach was adequate for the research design because people were enrolled in different ways. In addition to that, selected data collection methods made the researchers select those individuals with whom they could contact personally. However, even though the sampling approach is appropriate for the selected design, it could have been altered to improve the study results.
