Mention inductive and deductive method; behaviorism and constructivism. Based on your answers to the questions above, think about what makes a good teacher. What criteria do you feel are necessary to classify a teacher as effective and successful?

For a successful education, a decent technique should be embraced by an educator. An instructor has numerous choices while picking a teaching style. When choosing what training technique to utilize, an educator needs to think about students’ experience, personality, and learning objectives. Students learn in a practical way, engaging data and exhibiting their insight. During my years of study, instructors guided students to learn through retention and recitation methods, consequently not fostering their basic reasoning, critical thinking, and dynamic abilities. I prefer a modern or constructivist approach to teach, which involves a more interactive, student-based teaching.

As a teacher, I would often use various learning styles to assist students with applying data and reinforcing understanding. Working together permits students to talk among one another and pay attention to all perspectives of conversation or task. It assists students with intuition in an impartial manner. Additionally, presentations can be done to give a chance to learn new investigation and visual taking in assignments from an alternate point of view. Showings can be practiced in a few different ways where I will likewise be a member and accomplish the work with students for their assistance. Hence, instead of deductive education, where the lecturing style prevails, inductive teaching with the practical lesson is preferable. However, both constructivist and behaviorist approaches can be equally used in education as one helps to acquire knowledge through the completion of tasks and another through observation of the environment.

A good teacher regards students, and all thoughts and conclusions are esteemed. Students have a sense of security to communicate their sentiments and figure out how to view and pay attention to other people. This instructor establishes an inviting learning climate for all students. A decent educator also ensures a community-oriented environment. In the classroom, there are rules to follow and tasks to be done, and every understudy knows that the person is a significant, necessary piece of the gathering. An assortment of techniques and strategies are utilized to guarantee that all students have opportunities to learn.
