Every department unit has its interests and goals; consequently, rational procedures should be combined with the political model. Regarding rapidly changing organizations, there is a likelihood of conflicts among multiple parties. For instance, the CEO of Amazon.com, Jeff Bezos, implements political models in complex, ill-defined, and controversial situations. This method allows the company to maintain performance despite discussions within the organization. Moreover, senior executives can have different ideas in a changing environment, and political model helps build agreement among them.

Concerning the biblical worldview, leaders should work for the organization’s good, trying with all their might to increase the enterprise’s resources. The organization’s leadership should provide their subordinates with the opportunity to implement their creative ideas and encourage them for their services to the organization. The leader should follow the principles of faith, authenticity, integrity, service, piety, and justice.
