Naturalism is a method that, with regard to miracles, can best be understood when it is thought of as a system of government. Naturalism in its own respect exhibits a democratic form of leadership in contradiction to supernaturalism which exhibits qualities of a monarchy in reality. The privilege of being on its own given to naturalists takes control of the mass of things just like a democratic system of government reigns in the whole mass of people. This is compared with supernaturalism which thinks that this privilege belongs only to some specific “one thing” and not just to everyone like a real monarchy where the king has powers over the subjects.
According to naturalism, all events or things are equal to one another, and they are dependent on the total system. In this system, miracles are impossible because it does not allow nor believe in anything arising from the whole system that may portray qualities or try to prove to exist on its own. This is not acceptable, and it is highly suppressed by the whole main system. All things and events are the same; therefore, no miracle would prove to dislocate itself from the interlocked system.
