As a result, a data center is divided into four tiers, each with a higher level of sophistication. In this case, there are three crucial reasons why the data center should be above tier 2.

In the first place, the tier 2 data center has many streams of servers, links to the network, and other data center systems. Lastly, a Tier 4 data center is suitable for organizations that must remain operational throughout the day, such as Facebook, because it provides an additional layer of fault tolerance. The infrastructure design allows for a problem to occur anywhere in the system without causing service interruption and with the least amount of downtime; Tier 2 uptime percentages are less accurate.
