The ways in which Nokia company in the world strengthen its brand is by; firstly, by giving incentives and bonuses to its top managers in all the ten factories that are available to the world, these incentives will help the individual factories rather than competing against each other and hoarding of information that will be important for Nokia brand to grow worldwide. Secondly, all ten Nokia factories are responsible for the performance of the overall manufacturing operation of its product. If one of the Nokia factories is not performing at its level best, the other managers in other Nokia factories will feel it in their salary.
