You need to make sure that it’s not only you who are unsatisfied with your teacher’s performance. In every class, there will always be one or two students who are unhappy with how things go, and teachers would just ignore them, because it’s impossible to leave everyone satisfied.

It’s a whole different thing if the majority of the class shares your frustration. If that is the case, you should go and talk to the principal. Make sure to have a specific complaint instead of saying things like “We just don’t like this teacher.”

Another point worth mentioning is that the highest priority for teachers is that their students learn the new material. As long as they do, the “performance” of a said teacher may not be as important. Their job is to teach students, which they do successfully, so nothing else matters. Still, that’s not to say that any glaring issues should be ignored.
