How to Write a Tweet and Yelp Review for a Business

How would you write a tweet and a short negative Yelp-style review and reply for your business?

There are three pieces of writing for this assignment:

• The tweet should be from the perspective of your company and be positive to act as a source of advertisement for your business.
• The Yelp writing has two parts: first, write a Yelp from the perspective of a disgruntled customer, and then, write a Yelp response from your company back to them.
