How organizations are whole systems in which different areas and aspects, such as structure, systems, and culture, are all interrelated.

However, management in the process of organizing a workplace is only one of the two parties that require dedication. Professionalism and motivation of employees and their ability to effectively cope with the set professional tasks are naturally necessary for the optimal operation of the organization.

Regardless of the organization, any workplace functions according to a hierarchical principle, in which subordination is necessary for work efficiency. Well-established coordination within the team can be effective only in the case of mutual cooperation between workers, which requires a high work ethic.

Nevertheless, in the functioning of the organization, not only vertical but also horizontal coordination of the workforce is important. However, in the case of a strict hierarchy without free decisions, the organization can stagnate in development. The cooperation of employees is one of the key principles of the smooth operation of the organization and, at the same time, can ensure its reliability in emergency situations.

One should appreciate the ability of professionals in the workplace not only to fulfill their contractual tasks but also to join forces to solve the organization’s more complex problems. Creative and professional cooperation of team members in the context of a crisis can be a guarantee that the company will overcome a difficult or unsuccessful season.
