A clear, accountable, and responsible group of individuals should lead the project management offices. For instance, several companies rely on the project management offices to be responsible for most management of the projects. They might also rely on the office for the execution of the project. Other organizations require the project management offices to provide combined reports on the views of the project. Therefore, depending on the nature of the activity to be conducted by the organization, it will, therefore, determine the nature and the complexity of the management required. Project managers have to be individuals that are bright and well-informed on the challenges and function of the organization. Lack of experience can profoundly affect the performance of the organization.
The managers are supposed to be in a position to set up subsequent meetings to ascertain the commitment of the sponsor and be able to justify and communicate information to customers, the staff, and stakeholders of the project.

Therefore, they do partially support it. Teamwork and the building of a strong team ensure that there is greater success. Incorporation of all the relevant bodies in the generation of ideas immensely ensures that the implementation is perfect. Universities need to have small projects management offices, which ensure that all the projects are addressed. The managers of the small project report to the executive manager.
