How might an individual manage work-induced stress?

Managing stress becomes difficult depending on the circumstances that someone is going through. The brain is the key organ when it comes to work-induced stress because it tends to protect an individual by interpreting sensory information to ensure an individual’s survival.

There are many ways in which organizations can assist in the mind program; brain wave training for relaxation which falls under the meditation technology. Individuals should also take responsibility for everything in their lives, like loving themselves before loving others and disconnecting from situations and circumstances that hurt their internal feelings.
