Neoliberalism and corporatism may affect public and private health care in different ways. The public sector may be completely destroyed through the neo-liberal prism because privatization or corporatization can be the only solution to community hospitals and care. Still, each country has its own conditions and attitudes, and this impact may be dramatically changed.
