You have a patient, Aimee, who sleeps poorly. She works nights and has a tough time sleeping during the day as she has two small kids, and it is summer. She says she “gets up often to pee.” (Actually, she doesn’t wake to pee, she wakes, and then her endocrine system fires.) What hormone makes her “hold her pee”?
