I can’t entirely agree with this perspective because justice can be established in society or community by its members by themselves without the need for authority. Justice established and enforced by an authority is not always necessarily representative of the concept of justice but rather the will of an authority. Justice is a universal concept that should be accepted by everyone; it is a universal contract of a sort, with authority such as courts established with support from the majority to systematically enforce it. However, justice is able to exist independently without a systematic approach it.
