Can you get a good job if you are homeschooled?

Is it possible to get a good job after you are homeschooled?
Will my employers be OK with it?
Thank you!

  1. Naturally)) What matters is the knowledge that you get and the skills, not where you get them from. If anything, homeschoolers have more opportunity to study the things they like, which helps them to achieve more. Anyway, there is no ‘discrimination,’ trust me))
I know a couple of homeschoolers who are pretty successful, actually.
That’s why I’ve enrolled my son in this school:

  2. There should be no problems with the employers. I mean people are different, sure, and you may meet someone who does not want a homeschooler, but it’s not legal to discriminate you like that.
Homeschooling is a way of getting knowledge; if you studied well and meet the requirements for the job, does it really matter how you got there?
If you do not meet the requirements, though… well, I guess, you just need to look for another job in this case 😉

  3. If you really studied and learnt something, there won’t be any trouble.
People used to homeschool for ages, why should it be different now?

  4. Definitely, one of my friends was homeschooled (or, rather, was enrolled in a college with a distance learning opportunity) and he was actually offered to work at Google.
I think it’s quite the story of success 😉

  5. Yep. Unless you have learnt nothing, you have the same chances for a proper job as a public school graduate.

  6. Sure, the type of your schooling is not important, it’s the education that your employer wants.
