Give two examples of marine mammals that can strand themselves.

For a marine mammal to be considered stranded, it cannot go back to its natural habitat, has an injury, cannot move back to the waters from the shore, or is found dead floating on water or the coasts. Dolphins, porpoises, and whales are some of the marine mammals that are prone to stranding.
