One of the problems in Apple Inc.’s workforce is the customers’ complaints about products and services. Some customers require more advanced features, like better cameras and colors or longer battery life. Others complain about the Apple services, like in-built GPS navigators, robot assistants, or customer chatbots services. Multiple technological companies across the world provide fierce competition to the company. Such competitors include HP, Acer, Huawei, Samsung, and LG. The company has repeatedly used innovation to ensure it maintains a competitive advantage. A structured problem implies solving it through a laid down, structured, determined procedure for mitigating particular issues.
