The advert has some flaws. For example, there is a clear gender bias in its character development. Despite the flaws, the advert is very good. From an ethical standpoint, one can argue that the ad promotes core values embedded in American culture. It is important to note that the term “ethical” refers to acceptable codes of behavior that are socially defined.

Having said so, the advert is good as it denounces bias and judgment based on differences. The highlighted differences (in the ad) are not controllable. For example, race and gender come out strongly in the advert. If I were in charge of production, I would be keener on how the different characters feed into the negative culture as well. However, despite this, I would sleep at night.
