Financed and Not Financed Businesses in “Shark Tank” Episode

View episodes of “Shark Tank” and select two businesses (one that was financed and one that wasn’t financed). They can be from a single episode or different episodes of shark tank.

Investigate what types of businesses were requesting financing and how did they arrive at their valuation. Did you notice any recurring questions asked by the sharks? What were the primary reasons for rejecting a business, and what were the reasons given to finance a business? Offer some other insights about what you learned from listening to pitches from the participants and comments from the sharks. Finish with some suggestions for the business that did not get the financing and some suggestions to grow for the business that was financed by the sharks.
