It is known that there are three key factors that comprise the level of job performance. Those elements are personal motivation, personal abilities and skills, and level of organizational support. Assuming that the two other factors are on an appropriate level, employees who are more highly motivated will have higher job performance. For instance, if an employer awards an employee, this worker will be more motivated and willing to provide greater outcomes.
