Organizational performance results from employees’ efforts, and HRM is responsible for selecting the right people and optimizing the work they perform. HRM identifies employees’ learning needs and develops training to ensure that the workforce can meet performance standards. HR managers also set KPIs and create a motivation and reward system to encourage employees to achieve organizational goals.
