In the United States, the population is increasing at a high rate. The Asian community is expected to reach approximately 33 million by 2040. Between 1995 and 2050, the black and Hispanic people would have risen at more than double the rate of that of the white community. Therefore, administrators should consider the significant US population increase in today’s diversity in preparation for their company’s future. By incorporating non-traditional workers in equal competition for progression, a larger pool of talent is created, increasing management efficiency; according to studies, companies that prioritize diversity have higher efficiency and lower costs. For instance, if a business prioritizes all types of people in the recruiting and development processes, discrimination cases may be minimized almost exclusively.
