Explain career criminals of property offenses.

Career criminals are people who have a lifelong involvement in crime. Shoplifters, robbers, and burglars who stop their criminal activity only to spend some time in jail when caught are career criminals who have been involved in the business for years. Often these people know well all ins and outs of this business and consider a prison term as an opportunity to exchange experience with property thieves from other parts of the country.
