Explain and evaluate Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz’s view of monads.

Leibniz’s view of the universe is that monad or substance is one, has no parts, and it is no divisible. This theory attempts to refute the atomic theory of matter. It attempts to state that while the atoms are the smallest units of matter, monads cannot be extended and remains intact.
