The current statement addresses the idea that the process of value creation is oriented not only on the services but also on the other components. Service value creation is achieved through efficient human resource management, technology development, and procurement. This is called the value creation chain, and it contributes to the better functioning of the company. Successful operating depends on the careful planning of the mentioned factors. The company cannot focus only on the end-client interaction because, in this case, the system will lack consistency and show low outcome rates.
