How would you establish a not-for-profit Senior Center?

Due to the negative impacts that COVID-19 has on the mental health of seniors in the community, you have been asked to establish a not-for-profit Senior Center with healthcare, social, educational, and recreational activities. Applying principles of leadership, governance, and management, describe how you would proceed with:

• Establishing a governing board (who and why);
• Setting a vision – Also provide a vision for this center;
• Collaborating with and empowering individuals and other organizations in the community to reach your goals.
