Injustice in the workplace is a serious social vice. When employees feel that the management is unfair to them, their motivation reduces. Therefore, their performance reduces gradually. Similarly, some of them may adopt erotic behaviors such as absenteeism and reluctance to perform their duties. Such practices have a direct effect on the company.

Unfortunately, the effects are negative and may lead to the firm’s fall due to a negative image among the public. A trade union may shape a worker’s response because it gives them avenues to channel their complaints. The company’s ownership and the terms of service may affect the way employees launch their complaints.
