Does Oedipus Display the Flaw of Hubris?

Odysseus and Oedipus could easily both be seen as heroes, as they perform great deeds for the sake of others. Both, however, seem to be afflicted by the same tragic flaw of “hubris.” Discuss whether or not Oedipus displays “hubris,” which is the Greek word for “excessive pride.” Is his pride really excessive? Does his pride affect his fate?
