Community policing significantly improves the relations between the police and members of a minority community. Planning joint crime prevention activities helps to reduce the number of crimes among minorities.
Due to the close contact between the police and representatives of minority nations, both sides have the opportunity to understand and get to know each other more deeply. This, in turn, leads to a decrease in the number of conflicts between these two sides.
