Do you believe that a no growth philosophy of management should be taught in business schools? How can or should a biblical worldview be applied?

The no-growth management philosophy should be in business schools to develop potential future leaders with sound minds. Currently, many factors like the current COVID-19 pandemic have contributed to slow or no growth of business and calls for the knowledge of dealing with the challenge. In this regard, no growth philosophy of management requires learning in business schools to create managers to predict the future state of decline of a business and implement various strategies to curb the problem.
