A learning process that is both supported by the constant presence of an authority figure as its avatar and gamified to elicit users’ self-identification with it could reinforce consumers’ positive perception of it. However, doing so with famous personalities, who have no autonomy in the current day, such as Albert Einstein, may not help clients build an association between the avatar and the provided service. Conversely, if instrumental conditioning is done appropriately, demonstrating an association of the personified icon with the real person, it may further positively reinforce people’s perception of the product. Nonetheless, the intent, which clients had when registering, is heightened, and their achieved results are associated with the company through these processes.
