Provide a brief product introduction. Identify the target audience in the host country for your product. Use Porter’s generic strategy to determine your competitive advantage and the width of the audience covered. Will you deploy a push strategy or a pull strategy of marketing? Why? Determine the positioning of the product against the competitor in the host market. Identify the mandatory and non-mandatory adaptations to the product you would undertake in order to cater to the target audience in the host country.
