Right quality indicates molding the product matched with environmental requirements and demands at an optimum level. Right quality is determined in each solution or each level of purchase. In this way, the supplier can obtain minimization of costs when the economy of scale is achieved. The quality assurance system is used to scrutinize every inspection carefully.
Right price means satisfaction; the customer should be measurable with a product brand, image, positioning, transportation cost, tenure, social image and etc. So, traders are entitled to estimate the product’s price by considering these factors. If unfair and misleading prices are prescribed, customers have the right to sue. If services are bought instead of physical goods, the skill, care, and time budget should be framed out.
Right quantity: When a purchaser buys any physical item, it should be weighted with customer requirements. If a service is purchased, it should be measured with satisfaction. The customer has the strong power to sue if the quantity has not complied with the requirement.
Right delivery: It is a prerequisite for determining the responsibility of carrying the goods purchased. If the title goes to the purchaser, then no legal action can be taken for any mishaps. But if the sellers incurred the responsibility, the customer should negotiate the facts before purchasing. If the seller does not meet the requirement of the prescribed delivery process, the customer can sue.
