a. Eye discoloration- this may be brought about by dehydration of the reptile. It might be a sign of failure to thrive.
b. Failure to thrive- this psychological disorder experienced by reptiles at the time of captivity may lead to nutritional disorders and may even lead to the death of the reptile since they are not well-adapted to their new home.
c. Stomatitis or the rotting of the mouth is also important especially in making the food exchange list and caring for hygiene.
d. Tail amputation- a reptile may be traumatized or may be physically hurt and may lead to amputation of the tailor even the digits. Also, amputation may offset from infection and may spread to the body and therefore, may inhibit blood supply to some parts which may lead to amputation of some parts.
e. Metabolic Bone Disease- this disease which most reptiles may experience may be brought about by several factors but the most common would be the lack of nutrition especially Calcium (Dr. Gecko, 2002).
