Define the Treaty Power term.

The constitution of the US provides that the President shall have the power to make and terminate treaties by and with the consent and advice of the Senate. If two-thirds of the Senate and House are not in agreement, then it cannot be done. President Trump signed a revised version of his controversial travel ban, a directive titled “protecting the nation from foreign terrorist entry into the US.”
