Creating an Action Plan in Support of a Group’s Rights

How would you create a plan of action in support of the rights of the particular group you chose?

In choosing a group, you must stick to the following criteria:

• If you are a member of a dominant group, you must select a minority group.
• If you are a member of a minority group, you must select another minority group.

Your plan must address the three levels of social change:

• Individual change;
• Institutional change;
• Cultural change.
