Since Etisalat has been known for its rather generous benefits packages offered to its staff members, the increase in engagement levels will have to be grounded in the concept of cross-cultural communication between the organisation and its employees. The first step toward building employee engagement within the corporate setting of Etisalat will require shaping the corporate hierarchy and dealing with the concerns of communication within the company. Shaping the corporate values and goals so that they could be used to satisfy the needs of every stakeholder involved in the SCM process, from staff members to end customers should also be implemented along with the redesign of the organisational setting. Once the grounds for a vast change of the organisational processes are prepared, the implementation of the program aimed at offering staff members additional incentives and extra opportunities for professional development will be provided. The evaluation of engagement levels in employees will be performed to compare it with the ones that will be observed before the program is deployed. Alterations in the communication patterns between employees and managers will include a greater level of transparency and openness to locate key concerns and address them directly.
