One’s opinion on this question is a purely preferential matter. Kaitlyn Schoen’s answer is that the government should not silence opinions as long as they do not present a threat to anyone. While I agree with that opinion on the grounds of a general principle, I do not think that the same would correlate to Mr. Schenck’s case had it not been for the Espionage Act.

Thus, I think that opinions should not be silenced, but Ms. Schoen’s position is slightly inconsistent, as she evidently believes that violating the Espionage Act equals danger to the country, which is debatable.
