Comparing the Effectiveness of the Operational Decisions

Produce a report comparing the effectiveness of the operational decisions between your chosen company and that of one of its competitors (use examples other than group presentation material).

Explain your chosen companies’ business environment, key performance objectives for competitiveness and market trends, etc. Summarize your findings and recommendations etc., for the relevant industry or companies for the current and future growth in the marketplace. You should also explain the reasons why the two companies choose different operations strategies. List all the references you have cited for your report in alphabetical order using the Harvard style. It is expected you cite your references at the right place in the main body of your answer.
