Article 12 establishes the need for the recognition of the child on the identity of the ability to express views and opinions, in provisions of freedom an ability to make informed decisions. It attaches the perception of the child’s views to the issue of age and maturity. Additionally, Article 3 provisions for judicial legal attention to children follow a defined path to show the procedural aspect of law.
