The latter is CBSA operated, requires secondary examination, and needs authorization. Queens warehouses stores unclaimed, abandoned, detained, and seized goods. Sufferance warehouse operated by private entities for packing, stamping, forwarding, and storing. A bonded warehouse is operated by private entities with Customs supervision for long-term storage, which can be divided into public and private types.
