It is possible to analyse how a change in the company can be implemented through Lewin’s Change Management Model. For instance, a firm wants to improve customer’s satisfaction with its services by implementing a different way of training employees and an improved system of customer care. The first step would be the unfreeze process, during which the company should communicate the need for change. The organisation may survey its employees to understand their perspectives and concerns, address possible complaints and questions, and determine the reasons for the transition. At this stage, it is crucial for the company to analyse the workers’ awareness of the existing problem through conversations or feedback. The second step is the process of change, during which the firm can make necessary adjustments to the initial plan, ask stakeholders for feedback, apply improvements, and continue to communicate with employees. Finally, during the refreeze stage, the organisation should evaluate the effectiveness of the transition by analysing the level of customers’ satisfaction through surveys and feedback. Moreover, the firm should collect employees’ feedback as well, noting the positive and negative impact of the change on their operations. At the end of the transition process, the company may reward the employees for their hard work and dedication.
