Today, more and more people are interested in various aspects of older age. Although the issues of achieving maximum life expectancy, longevity, concern humanity for a very long time, only in recent decades has the development of medicine reached such a level that increasing life expectancy has become a real reality not only for those who have biological prerequisites for this but also for many ordinary people. Therefore, the questions about how to maintain activity, health, clarity of mind, social independence in the elderly and senile age are becoming more and more urgent, concern scientists, practitioners, and those who have already reached old age or are just beginning to notice age-related changes, and also those who are faced with the consequences of age-related diseases in close people, relatives. Thus, I learned that older individuals undergo a wide range of difficulties in terms of psychology and physiology.
