Is Bella entitled to establish her own brokerage in New Town?

As per the terms of her employment contract, Bella is not supposed to work for another firm after leaving her employer KL Limited. Given this stipulation, she is not free from the limitations of the restrictive clauses on her employment contract, even if another party is buying her employer. The limitations imposed on her are reasonable and would be enforceable in a court of law because they only apply to businesses that are within a 25-mile radius and are only enforceable for five years.

Therefore, Bella cannot claim that the restrictive terms are unreasonable, as was found in the Forster & Sons Ltd v.
