As an adult, I would comment to my younger self to pay more attention to health. Health definitely plays an important role in the life of any person since it is responsible for longevity, the presence of energy, and the ability to perform certain tasks that depend on physical fitness. In addition, it affects intellectual and mental development. In the past, I would recommend myself to undergo standard medical examinations once a year to engage in my physical condition and work on any deviations.
