Analyze your current goal-setting behaviors, including how often you set goals, whether they are goals you are able to achieve, and how successful you generally feel in meeting your goals.

My current goal-setting strategies appear to be highly efficient, scoring 14 points on the Self-Leadership Questionnaire. Considering that it is easier for me to achieve necessary performance levels when short-term objectives are set, I often adjust and renew my targets to adhere to my present long-term goal. At the end of each week, or when the majority of my assignments are completed, I review the tasks and highlight the most important activities.

After that, I also create personal tasks, such as continuing self-development and increasing my degree of stress resistance. Also, I frequently establish targets for my performance, making sure that relevant goals are completed consistently. However, it is essential to create achievable aims that correspond to the existent requirements. Therefore, I usually assess the possibility of achieving my objectives, making sure that they cover my academic and working needs. I always feel successful when the established targets are met, making sure to remember these positive feelings and use them as additional performance motivators.
