The highest sensitivity to analysis has a set of SMC ™ Human Interleukin 6 (IL-6) High Sensitivity Immunoassay Kit by Millipore, which defines a peptide from the threshold of 0.08 pg/mL. A little different is the Human IL-6 Quantikine HS ELISA Kit from RandDSystems, which can analyze the amount of interleukin starting from 0.09 pg/mL. Thus, for a more accurate study, I would choose a set of the Millipore company.
